The OP said he's looking at a 2011 or newer truck which basically excludes everything you mention above!
I would exclude the 2011 and 2012 ram cummins trucks for the timeframe the OP has requested since these trucks don't have DEF, get poor fuel economy, and in general have soot issues, unless the OP wants to delete the emission system.
