I have a 2012 6.7L F350. The only problems we have had on it were mostly minor. The battery clamp needed to be replaced and the 120V outlet on the back of the console wouldn't hold a plug. They would fall out that was replaced too.
The somewhat more serious problem we had was a broken air intake hose to the turbine. Happened on a Saturday late afternoon of course in New Mexico. We had to be towed to a repair shop and they had to wait until Monday morning to get a replacement part. If it had happened during business hours it would have been a couple of hours to get fixed or less if we made it to a Ford dealer.
Otherwise it's been great. Hauls our 5ver easily up and down mountains.
