Ford injector pump failure

I hope Ford starts to pay attention. Lots of people jumping ship due to their choice of pump and handling of the issues with their pump.
Re your truck, I hope the dealer/tech was just a buffoon. Hopefully your truck is fine and they weren't trying to scam you. I just went through nearly the same thing where a dealer said I needed to replace the fuel system. Took it to another dealer where they replaced the low pressure pump problem under warranty. I keep telling myself the first dealer/tech was simply inept. Bad enough we worry about the pump and Ford but to have to worry dealers will take advantage of that issue is simply sickening.
