Looks like you already made your decision, but I am still going to throw my $0.02 in. Maybe you will change your mind.
In case you haven't noticed, there is some extreme brand loyalty here. And there are a couple that are pretty extreme "haters" of the brand they didn't buy. You would be well served to throw those out.
Not sure what budget you are looking at, but I would guess it isn't new truck money. So that said, if you are looking at Dodge/RAM, I would encourage you to look at 2010 + trucks. Not that there is anything really wrong with the '07.5 + 6.7, but because the body with a true crew cab is much nicer.
My 2012 has been trouble free. Maybe the best vehicle I have owned. The only thing I don't like about it is the MPG.
