I have no problem with the recall. Years ago there was no such thing and dealers would tell you "we never heard of that happening". But since it involves 250, 350, and 450's that are very popular for towing, how would you like to be pulling your fiver down the super slap and the tailgate drops? I just am old school and don't see a need for an electric tailgate latch.
