Ford vehicles---peeling paint?

We also have a 03 Super Duty that has some dent's on the bed as well. The paint is in way better shape and no fading or peeling. Even the dash is in good shape. About the only thing that's showing wear is the leather seats are starting to tear.
These are work trucks used for work and not setting in a garage getting waxed or used for some project to demonstrate how to remove decals and pretty stuff. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but these are farm trucks used for work and getting washed and waxed or applying some shield on the dash is way low on the priority.
