Looking at a Rockwood mini light 2512s . Any pros and cons?

Whatever you get, look it over carefully, especially the roof to side seams and caulk. FR can build a good unit but they can build a bad one too. Quality is hit and miss with the. I know, I own one. I went over it very carefully before buying it.
