^^ Agree with the above. No one counts the number of complaints on these fora versus the total number of satisfied customers, nor are the complaints classified into various degrees of criticality. Moreover, most of the complaints are against the components in the trailer, which are made by other companies not so much the trailers (the box, as I call it) themselves.
That said there are situations where the after-sales service could be definitely improved, and for me that would have a much bigger impact on whether I buy a certain trailer and from a certain dealer, or not.
