Also have a 2604....not the WS version and ditto the above response. We had a Rockwood ROO HTT before that an no problems. You will hear loud and clear from the % of owners with issues, but in reality the % of happy owners is much, much higher. Not to say that you will not get a bad Apple, every manufacturer has one here and there, but chances of having a great unit are much more likely.
