I have a 2011 2604 without the wardrobe slide. We had a couple of minor things fixed under warranty- all to our satisfaction. We upgraded from a highwall popup, and stayed with Rockwood because they were so good about handling the few things that needed fixing with the pup. We had one problem shortly after the warranty expired, and Rockwood handled it free anyway. The only thing I would do differently if I were buying new today is to go with the new 2904 which is almost the same floor plan with 3 additional feet at the back. The rocker closest to the door in the 2604 cannot really be used as the cabinets are too close, and the rockers have to be moved to close the slide. The extra 3' on the 2904 solves both of those problems.
