  • The price is very reasonable. You probably could get him down a little. I looked at a 1993 Lance 980 with dry bath and NADA was around 4350.00 with options. Some brands that are 20 years old are valued in the 4000 range according to NADA. Stored inside for last 10 years but Owner would not go lower than 6000.00 so I am looking still too. There are a couple of Northlands in Arizona, think one is at Toms camperland.

That is why I am passing. The 1T trucks on the ranch would do the trick, but they are work trucks, not comfortable vacation trucks, and I will NOT go back to a 1 ton for a daily driver. I had a similar TC on a 98 Dodge 1T dually and it too sagged just like that one shows. Had to put airbags under it to make it ride safe & decent.

  • old guy's right about how heavy that thing looks on that truck. Take a look and check the weight to see if your truck can handle it. The price is a little high for that 20 year old camper but if there are no issues to deal with such as leaks and rot then go ahead and get it.
  • Texan, I saw that ad too. I thought the price was good for Boise. Being winter, you could probably offer less. If it had a wet bath, I would have gone to look at it.
  • Wow. That is really big. If it's in good condition and your truck can handle it, it's certainly worth the asking price. Finding anything in good condition in that price range is not easy.
  • I sold a 1999 9.5 Northland a few years ago for $4500. It was in excellent condition and outfitted about the same. I think that I may have sold it a bit cheaper than I should have based on the response and input I got though. Northlands are nice, well built campers. I had 3 of them over the years. So I would say that it is worth a look.
  • looks heavy on the back of that truck. be sure to check out the weight and make sure your truck can handle it.
  • The asking price seems a bit high.

Unless it's in great condition. Why not take a look?
