My trailer was 6400 pounds when I pulled it off the dealer yard. This was the empty trailer along with full propane, battery and the weight of the hitch. (I weighed my vehicle just before I picked it up and immediately after) I tow with a 2016 Tahoe, 5.3 with the tow package. I could use a little more power but it is a one handed drive at 65mph. It does move just a little when a truck blows by but it does not wiggle in the middle. The entire Tahoe and Trailer moves as one. I bought a Husky Centerline hitch from etrailer.com ($377.95 it would not let me post a link) and it it awesome. I would give it a 5 star rating. I have pulled with the friction sway bar and it is no comparison. I have not had time to reweigh to see how much stuff I have put in it but we travel pretty light. I know it is less that 1000#.
