It is favorite competition sample, that Fords, when lifting rear wheel off the ground often are developing tailgate bulge due to frame flex.
There is flex to everything. Golden Gate bridge flex under full load several feet.
Coming to anti-sway bar, they transfer relatively small power, just like weight distribution bars, or even less. If you have to worry about flex due to bars, than you have bigger things to worry about.
Lately I noticed that anti sway bar on wife Mercedes is thicker than the one on my F350 dually..
