fresh water tank keeps draining

When I fill the fresh water tank, and it gets close to being filled, I noticed two drain lines that just keep draining. I cannot find where these two lines connect, and it is not the overflow line or drain line under the tank. They seem to go up and over the top of the tank. I am at a loss as to where they even go, so any help would be appreciated.
