Sorry to hear about your leak now I am not familiar with the 855 but if it is like my previous Lance you can gain access to the tank by removing the bottom panel on the camper. You need to support the camper somehow as you will be working under it while on the jacks. there are a series of screws around the perimeter of the camper base and you remove the bottom panel to get into the bowels of the camper. This will expose the basement and all your tanks. I know what you mean about some dealers and feel the same way. Good luck with your project hope it is a minor fix like a clamp.
