Fridge - insufficient cooling on gas

I did some more tinkering this afternoon. I blew out the burner tube, then slid a small tube quite a ways up the flue pipe and blew it out with compressed air. I could feel the thin baffle up in there. I tried to run the tube on both sides, though I think it ends up at the same place either way.

Here is the whole burner area. The flame is slightly off-center of the flue, but I can't adjust that. Unless someone sees something I don't.
