I don't have the measurement for the Dometic RM2607 but I took the following from a PDF for my fridge.
FLUE BAFFLE
At least once a year, clean and check for any damage.
The proper position of the baffle above the burner should be as follows:
RM2612 1-5/8"
RM2812 1-3/4"
RM2652 1-7/8"
RM2852 1-7/8"
