My trailer has a 12v (cigarette lighter style) plug next to the bed. My 12v fan plugs straight into that. I found the 12v fan on Amazon. My trailer did come with the 12v outlet already installed.
I do not have an inverter. The regular plugs do not work when I am not plugged into a pedestal or generator. And I have learned how to not use them. It's a different mindset, but I come from a backpacking background. The fact that I have an actual bed and toilet is luxury.
