From Tundra 5.7 to what 3/4 ton gas truck?

All three are great choices. Not sure why you would be concerned about the Ford's 6.2 power. It has more HP and torque (385/405) than the 6.0 GM and pretty well the same numbers as Ram's 5.7.
With 4:30 gears, the 6.2 is rated to tow over 15K. I pull a 10K+ 5th wheel with 3:73 gears and find it just about the same as my old 2008 V10.
Sit back and wait for all the diesel owners to tell you you need a diesel. For the weight of trailer you have, a 3/4 ton gasser will be plenty of truck.
