That is still a great price, the best I could find locally was $35,600 plus fee's and taxes. for a 6.4 with 4.10's, OTD was $39,500
I came across a 6.4 SLT for $35k but it was gone before I could drive the 3 hours to get there. The gas options in the short bed are very slim pickins, with either engine.
