I dont believe the Rokon is street legal in stock form and while some States might be casual on adding lights to make it so, other States still wouldn't allow it for on-road use. Like how its possible to street-legal a UTV in AZ but CA doesn't care about the plate and still won't let you drive it here. Plus with its chain drive can the Rokon even reach road speeds?
While I may be wrong, I think the Rokon is also better suited to less sandy places, since on 2-wheels speed is your friend in the desert. As opposed to crawling over downed trees in a forest.
