The front of your TT looks like our 2011 Crossroads. If you go through a large RV park you will see lots of these situations on RV's built about that time. We were told that our delam began with excessive heat on the front cap (it sat on a dealer's lot in SC facing west for over a year)and then the moisture began to seep in. We did not see any evidence of leaking inside either. We sold it at a considerable loss.
