I have a similar issue with mine but not near as widespread as that. Mine is on one side around the hitch courtesy light. It is below the curvature of the front end. I'm going to put some epoxy in the weaker areas to make sure it is stronger and hopefully prevent any further damage and then get a piece of diamond plate and install it over the area for a rock guard and to hide the delamination. Hopefully it will provide some structural support as well and keep the cap intact.
I caught this pretty quickly on mine so it is sealed now to prevent further intrusion. My biggest thing now is to find time to open the area up a little and get some epoxy in there and to make sure there is no mold. Hopefully you can find a good solution and get it fixed. I hate that it seems some trailers are prone to this kind of damage regardless of how well you try to prevent it.
