Front shocks Dodge 3500 4x4
Plse note distances are in 1000's of meters - times by .625 for land miles...
Truck hauls a camper sometimes, tows 5th wheel flatbed and toyhauler, bumper tow trailers, gooseneck stock trailers as needed.
OEM shocks were replaced at about 205,000km with Rancho 9000 during a fit of "upgrades".
One Rancho 9000 died at 225,000km. (along with one of the rear) Warranty denied by selling dealer. Replaced with Bilstein whatever the correct p/n is for high cg loads not Baja 1000 racing...
Just coming up on 300,000 km Front right Bilstein is displaying double bobbing action when you stab the brakes at 1 mph coming to a stop.
Can't remember if any handling improvement was actually noticed with the aftermarket shocks - "back to normal" would be more like it maybe.
Logic suggests I should go to the Mopar store and put OEM back on?
