my cord is not too bad around 20f (which is more usual weather) but when it starts to get below that then its a pain to deal with. the price to pay for having fun I guess.
when tcm had the survey a few weeks ago, having the shore power where it disconnects from the camper was one I voted for. doing the retrofit with the suggestions talked about is something ill have to do. yet another modification to satisfy me. it never ends. lol.
Ha!  Yup, it never ends! Good luck with your modification.    I suppose I just haven't had to recoil the cord in anything below 20 degrees yet..  Below 30, yes, but I'd say 25-27 is about the coldest, though we do get temps up here in the single digits sometimes. When THAT happens I just don't go outside my house, and certainly won't be leaving to camp anywhere!!   :)
