I would have to think that living in a Host Mammoth you will take more than most of us along. I would estimate that might weigh upward of 1500 pounds. As much as it seems like a good idea, I reckon your one ton dually will be severely overloaded with that camper.
I don't know where Host gets their basic weight from, but from what I have read over the years and what makes sense to me, that unit with water and propane, air, jacks, batteries, and any extras will likely top at 5200 pounds without your stuff in it.
I reckon they fit much better on a 4500 or 5500 chassis than a 3500.
