I'm on the same track as OP for next year. Was looking at Northern Lite 10-2.
A class C just doesn't have the ground clearance, does it? I rented the Cruise America truck camper and one stop was Grouse Ridge Campground GPS 39.386543, -120.612778 off a dirt road north of HWY 80 in the Sierras. Even taking the TC there slow going, but can Class C's go on steep pothole filled dirt roads?
And if you are an outdoors person anyway, a TC is pure luxury!
Are you going to basically follow the weather, north and high elevation in summer (or coast), south and low in the winter?
