I would try to set up as much on electricity as possible, get some lithium iron batteries, max out your solar panel output, get a solid inverter so you can use the microwave and a hotplate without using propane. Check out this blog.
A mod I'm working on now is externally mounted cellular antennas for my 4g LTE hotspot. I have some small antennas now that have a magnetic bottom and I mount to my roof rack, but I'm tired of climbing the ladder to install. The antennas make a huge improvement.
Since you're full timing, you'll probably want a satellite dish and a DVR.
Also somewhere on this site is a post about a laser alignment mod. I took the advice and set the same thing up, but I used magnets instead of permanently mounting the laser.
Another thing I'm looking at is caulking. Screw the dicor. I'm still on the fence about eternabond or industrial caulk but I think I'm settling on both. I really don't want to caulk anymore.
