Tires and the 5 lug wheels, I had a friend that hauled a much smaller camper in a F150 back in the 80's. He at least had big tires, and the camper was pretty lite.

To me, that looks like the 2002 - 2009 body style, so air suspension would need to be aftermarket if it has it.
I would prefer a 2500 for that camper, but it also wouldn't surprise me if he went many trouble free years and miles with the set up.
