When I bought my toy hauler bumper pull trailer, the dealer installed a WDH with undersized tension bars. I didn't notice until I got it home and made a call that I was on my way back and he needed to have the correct bars waiting. Once home with the heavier bars, I still needed to readjust hitch head height and angle until it was correct. I had never used a WDH prior to my toy hauler, but was smart enough to look up directions and advise on how to properly set mine up. I'm glad I did not assume someone in the business knew what they were doing because my initial research was more personal educational rather than trying to find fault with the dealer.
Agree Bedlam - the driver of the vehicle or combination is responsible for it's safe adjustment and operation - not "the dealer"...
