I really don't see how you can blame them on a 3 year old camper. The valve could have frozen and caused it to break the nex time it was used and that can not be blamed on the manufacturer. The light lens although I would say is a manufacturer problem. If you call them I'm sure they would be happy to send you one. The valve however I would just go to home depot and buy a shark bite valve and install it.
