Fuse for Camper Jacks - field help please.

I have a Lance 1010 and we are camping right now - I've run into a problem. when I hit the floor button for the Camper Jacks, the red light doesn't go on and the remote does not work. I've read the fuse box and owners manual and no mention of a fuse. any ideas - we usually lower the jacks to stabilize the camper, but this May not happen on this trip unless y'all have some guidance

I HOPE EVERYONE HAD A GREAT THANKSGIVING.

  • Great temporary solution! Hope your Thanksgivinng was great! Ours was, thanks! Sounds like you have a common source problem since none of the four legs would run. Not sure how the Lance is wired or the location of the controller. Best wishes.

If you cannot find the fuse, do you have the hand crank? That would solve the problem temporarily.

we ended removing the cover for each jack and with a 12 volt battery retracted the pole on each jack. thank goodness much easier than the hand crank. we bypassed the switch.

  • Check if you have dedicated fused lead off the battery for supply voltage. In my Arctic Fox, the controller sits under the sink. You can check the remaining fuses at the controller.
