The reason the US trailer do not have those features is the same reason we buy Fords and Chevys, instead of Land Rovers and Ferraris; they are nice but too expensive for most folks.
If you really want one, I am sure someone can import it for you.
What I want to see are improved TT suspensions and shocks and self driving cars that I can say "take me to Yellowstone and I will take over from there".
I may not live that long but my grandkids will assume its normal.
