Hello Brian,
The weight rating on your axles the LCI40 is 4000#. The beam it’s self is rated for 3500 but the springs are rated at 2000 each which gives it the 4000# rating. We do have an axle beam that is rated for 5200 lbs. that would work on your unit. All the other components would fit just the same. You will need to change out both beams because the tubes are 3” instead of the 2-3/8” that’s on your unit now. We also have the install kit that includes the u-bolts, nuts and washers. I have listed the part numbers below. Just let us know what you need or have your dealer call us and we’ll get an order going for you. Hope this helps.

BTW, My 2009 TT has Lippert axles which were replaced by my dealer last year, 2012. The new axle beams have a label on them with "warranty" on it. Don't give up on the dealer.
