If you ever have a tire, wheel, hub or axle failure you should get pictures to document the failure then file a complaint with NHTSA with the facts such as tire DOT serial or axle part number etc.
NHTSA can order recalls but they can only do so if there are sufficient complaints to warrant an investigation.
NHTSA does not read RV forums to see who is complaining about what.
If we the RV owners can't be bothered to take action when a component fails why should we expect to get anything other than the lowest quality junk the mfg or dealer can get away with?
