For what it is worth, in our 2003 dually I use Mobile 1 75-140. Changed it for warranty purposes at their intervals. 60,000 miles was the last until 201,000 when the gasket started to seep. Put new in then, now the clock shows 256,000. I filled it to the hole that the fill plug screws in.
