None. It is one of those old 'internet myths' that refuse to die. May have been true at one time for certain vehicles. Thousands of people have both. Most claim it tows better. I haven't heard of any handling problems.
Check owners manual, check an owners forum for your make/model of vehicle, call the service dept of the vehicle dealer (they probably will not know and should call the factory engineers).
