Suck it out, I would not blow it. Blowing will never get the dust out just move it around. A vacuum with a Hepa filter is great, or set your vacuum outside with a long hose so all the tiny particles are vented out. Open all the windows and vents. If you have power vents crank them up full to pull out the air. Remove mattresses and cushions, vacuum and let air out. Cleaning the cushions will also help with a shampooer. Wash all surfaces, if you have a fabric ceiling vacuum this as well (hard to shampoo but will make a nice change if you can), I use pet odor shampoo and it leaves a nice fresh sent.
