Although I love the payload and generally like the smaller size of these trucks, there is one dimension that's a problem for me. The cab door height is usually quite a bit smaller.
We had a Tacoma, which might even be bigger than some of these, and after trading it in for the F150, I couldn't believe how much easier it was for me to get into the F150.
I'm 6"1" and needed to fold over and bend my neck to get into the Tacoma. And getting older, that's getting harder to do. No more head banging with the F150. Of course that also means that I can't park the F150 in many parking garages.:M The Tacoma was pretty easy.
