No they are not the same, very different. The current F150 uses several frames, for different applications, Global Pickups are built to take vastly more punishment than any U.S Pickup could imagine
Before the Colorado 71/ Shiner Box start their UAW sponsored Trolling, I would very much agree, that the capabilities of these " Global Pickups" is very impressive
