Pretty sure you can get the VW Amorak and most of the global pickups in Mexico or other South American countries.
But you would have to bring the emissions control (esp. if diesel, I think) up to American standards to import it.
They are not US Diesel Regulation compliant. Mexico could run regulations that are not Euro V compliant as well
