An unusual article on Pickups.com suggested there should be a Sprinter Pickup, having a mockup photo in the article
Now these are not hypotheticals outside the U.S. and especially in Europe. The Cab Chassis Variants of Vans are their Heavy Duty Pickup Trucks. Payloads range from 6,000-10,000lb, towing 8,000lb
Here is the Sprinter with a factory installed utility bed, 6,000lb payload, bed is 13.5 ft long. New Sprinter lifting towing here from the mediocre 5,000lbs to the reasonable 8,000lbs. I know you are getting used to the site of European Vans, but would the Cab Chassis find a niche in the U.S.?
