U forgot to add in the extra expense of overall ownership of a diesel. Why do you think that major companies across the country such as UPS and FEDEX are going to gas jobs... I

UPS is going to natural gas, not gasoline. Their heavy duty trucks will be Cummins Westport CNG engines and are essentially diesel engines converted to run on CNG. Not sure about their light duty. This is mainly for environmental reasons because CNG cost considerably more than a standard diesel or gas engine.
