It is what the brands call their class 2b and 3 pick up trucks. Ram and GM call them HD, Ford calls them SD, and Nissan calls them XD. It is how they reference their heavy duty version of their light duty full size trucks. People here(well most anyway) know these references and that they don't actually mean a class 7-8 heavy duty truck.
Shiner - yer right I walked over to the Dodge’s tailgate leaning up in the shop and it’s right there in inglish: “Heavy Duty” :)
