The wife has been very pleased with her 2011 Traverse. Excellent fit and finish and no problems so far after about 20K miles. Seems to be a very good vehicle.

As to the member who posted somebody couldn't sync their phone unless they paid for Onstar; take the vehicle back to the dealer and have them show you how to do it. Onstar has nothing to do with the bluetooth system and you don't need to pay for it. We don't.
