GM trucks take top spot for the year !
Looks like GM twins outsold ford in December and for the year. Also canyon and Colorado had an unbelievable year. Congrats GM !! And to all the others that are doing well also !

You are absolutely correct. It was the best year ever in US automotive sales. Sales were 17.4 million. It beat 2000 which was the record. It was 7 million better than 2009!
This is huge for the US economy. There are banks, insurance, auto accessories, etc that all benefit.
Ironically, all the hype was on Pickups, SUVs, and Crossovers. And I bought two cars:h
