pulled the reman transfer case today. I think I found my vibration.The transfer case is screwed. The tone ring was hitting the speed sensor. I could shake the transfer case and feel everything move inside. New transfer case and drive shaft is getting a new yoke and balanced. The shop I got the transfer case from blamed the drive shaft balance. The driveline shop that balanced the shaft said bs. Something was assembled wrong because the balance was barely off when I brought it in and perfect when it left. The yoke was scored and dry. I think the pump took a ****. I will know more tomorrow.
