Google frame beaming. There was a recall for a several years of GM trucks that had issues with harmonics going down the road. It was called frame beaming. I had an 09 GMC 2500 HD that I suspected had the frame beaming issue. Dealer told me it wasn't included in the recall but he put new cab mount bushings in anyway. While it didn't fix the problem it helped a lot.
