I have a 2011 Savanah GMC all wheel drive van.I like it alot.Twice I have had to have the heating cooling control module replaced under warranty.The last time was in beginning of December when it was cold and I never got to try out the A/C.We went to South Carolina December 22nd and went to use the A/C and it didn't work.I called the dealer the next day because I thought that maybe the problem was related to replacing the switch.FYI,a few days after I returned from the dealership,I went to hookup my cargo trailer and the break controller wasn't working.Didn't think it had anything to do with being at the dealership but now thinking maybe it could have been.Anyways,took van to dealership today.It is now out of warranty per the mileage ( still have 2 weeks left out of the 36 months warranty).But I am thinking that this problem could have occurred while still in warranty.The service department ventured a guess that it cold be the evoporative cooler but not sure.They told me they couldn't be sure what the problem is because it's too cold to try the A/C and to bring it back when it's warmer.I really don't trust this dealership to come to my defense on a warranty issue because when I first got the van,they ignored what I thought was a warranty issue with the springs not being heavey enough since I tow.The vehicle came with the tow package but it sagged in the rear even with weight distributing hitch.I paid to have a spring shop put another leaf in.I had the same issue back in the early 90's with another Chevy Van and the dealer got Chevy to pay for adding a leaf but this dealership just told me GMC won't pay for it.I don't believe they even tried.Guess I'll be stuck paying for this too.

With multiple issues across many different circuits I would start to suspect a bad or loose ground block.

Read your warranty details.Most warranties for heat & A/C are extended because of the fact they don't get used, so you wouldn't know if they were bad or not.

One of three things are wrong. Either you do not have the WDH adjusted correctly, and need to pull more weight with it. OR the weight bars are too light, and won't pull the weight you need to pull. Either way. It is not the TVs fault. It is the WDH. Adjust the excess sag out.The other thing could be the receiver. It could be loose, or bending, or cracked. Any of those will prevent it from distributing weight

After posting this,I got an e-mail survey from the dealership.I let them know my concerns and I recieved a reply pretty quickly.I called the woman who is their customer care rep and she checked into it and told me that since they cannot check the A/C properly in this cold weather,I should call her back in the spring and they would look at it again.She said she noted my claim and that GM normally will pay a major portion of something like this.I was satisfied with their response so I'll have to wait until spring for a resolution.I wish I would have known about her when I had the problem with the sagging springs.It sounds like there may have been a better outcome on that one if I talked to her instead of the sales manager.

I had a similar problem with a Chevy Van in 1990 and GM paid to add leafs for that one.

I just bought a 2013 Ford F150 Ecoboost with the tow package. Unfortunately, it doesn't have the Heavy Duty tow package so I amgoing to add an overload spring to either side to carry my TT. Will be changing to 10 ply tires also.
