I blow and go, pour a little pink stuff in the drains you're good. Here we have not seen the ground since mid nov and thats normal. Should hit 30 something sometime in april. I do it this way every year never had an issue. If there are a few low spots that collect a little water no big deal that gray plastic, or pex can take a lot. Now if you have copper thats another issue. Find some new stuff to worry about. I have mice again. Trapped 2 so far. Hope they did not get busy before I got them. I have also shoveled the snow off the roof twice. When it gets 18" to 2' I remove it. We are getting record cold an lots of snow like elswhere this year. I am rethinking that global warming deal.
